Star City Reads is Roanoke’s Campaign for Grade-Level Reading coalition.  A collaborative partnership of 30 community partners, we focus on ensuring that all Roanoke children are proficient in reading by 3^rd grade.

The lead for Star City Reads is the Roanoke Public Libraries, a division of the City of Roanoke.
