Our volunteers make our work possible! We currently have 35 volunteer Star City readers reading and giving books to children at every 4 year old preschool class at the Roanoke City Public Schools. That’s a total of 600 kids every month.
The 2019-2020 school year program has begun, and all volunteer slots are full. Please check back with us next summer to learn more.
